Why does man does it, man?
These dilliwallahs, they cannot change. NEVER. These people have a habit of showing off, and they do it - no matter how. They buy a house, and extend it with all their might. And in the meantime, they encroach upon the public land. Ask them why, and pat comes the reply:
Everybody does it. Then why can't we too?
Rules are meant to be broken, isn’t it?, one might argue. But to make that argument credible, I might be tempted to add, that once you are caught on the wrong footing, your house is meant to be broken!!
Why do you raise a hue and cry then?
In fact, these rules are meant for the betterment of the people. Why does MCD cry foul when people encroach upon its land? Not because there is an ego issue, but because the land people encroach upon is the land used for public passage.Its a pity seeing people fighting over parking place in front of their house, when they can easily get plenty of it by removing the majestic gates and elaborate gardens they’ve made.
